摘要
集装箱多式联运是综合运输发展的重要阶段,通过分析多式联运的相关观点,结合我国集装箱多式联运系统结构,阐述我国集装箱多式联运合同、集装箱多式联运经营人和集装箱多式联运运单等相关术语。在此基础上,针对多式联运流程、多式联运统一运单及多式联运运单主要信息内容,研究提出我国集装箱多式联运运单统一架构,探讨我国多式联运运单推广运用策略,即加快多式联运立法、制定出台集装箱多式联运规则、制定出台相关标准等。
Container inter-modal transportation is an important stage of comprehensive transportation development, through analyzing relative ideas of inter-modal transportation, and combining with the system structure of container inter-modal transportation in China, this paper introduces relative glossaries of the transportation in China, such as contract, operator and waybill. Based on above, targeting the transportation process, unified waybill and main waybill information, the paper puts forward the unified framework of the transportation waybill, and discusses the strategies for popularizing the transportation waybill in China, such as accelerating legislation, and establishing regulations and related standards for the transportation.
