摘要
为充分发挥铁路在综合交通运输体系中的骨干作用,集中铁路、公路、海运等多种运输方式的比较优势,发展以铁路为主导的多式联运,促进运输与物流融合,实现实体经济降本增效,在阐述中鼎物流园概况的基础上,分析中鼎物流园运输与物流融合过程中的实践,提出中鼎物流园运输与物流融合发展的对策,即以市场为导向,打造多式联运枢纽;以客户为中心,承担多式联运经营主体;以服务为核心,融入供应链管理;以平台为抓手,充分挖掘数据潜能。
The railway-dominated mutimodal transport system, where rail transport plays a crucial role while highways and sea routes are able to maintain their respective comparative advantages, will facilitate the integrated development of transport and logistics and promote the growth of substantial economy with lower costs and higher efficiency. Based on a profile of Zhongding Logistics Park highlighting its conditions and practices in promoting integration of transport and logistics, this paper puts forward four strategies for Zhongding Logistics Park to pursue the integrated development of transport and logistics： building a market-oriented multimodal transport hub, serving as the customer-centered leading party in the multimodal transport system, joining the supply chain management system for providing services and fully tapping the potential of big data under the framework of the mutimodal transport system.
