摘要
[目的]明确氨基寡糖素(AS)和水杨酸(SA)在番茄幼苗期的施用效果。[方法]以清水作为对照,金正大含腐植酸水溶肥中添加0.3%AS、0.3%SA、0.3%AS与0.3%SA复配增效剂和减半,对番茄幼苗期进行冲施,研究不同处理对番茄幼苗期的地上部生长和干物质积累及变化的影响。[结果]与清水对照比较,在水溶肥中添加AS和SA及复配使用均提高番茄幼苗期各项指标,叶绿素值增加1.43~4.43,株高增加1.50~3.67 cm,茎粗增加0.03~0.86 mm,地上部干重增加0.17~0.64 g,根系干重增加0.06~0.10 g,根冠比增加0.25~0.98。其中,以水溶肥中添加0.3%AS及0.3%SA复配效果最优。[结论]含腐植酸水溶肥中添加AS和SA在番茄及其他蔬菜上可广泛应用。
[ Objective ] In order to study the effect of amino-oligosacin (AS) and salicylic acid (SA) on the tomato seedlings. [ Method ] Taking clear water as control, rushing the water-soluble fertilizers containing humie-acids by adding 0.3% AS, 0. 3% SA, 0.3% AS and 0.3% SA, 0. 3% AS and 0.3% SA to halve in tomato seedling stage, effect of different treatment on ahoveground biomass and dry matter accumulation was studied. [ Result] Compared with clear water, applying the water-sohible fertilizers containing humic-acids and adding AS, SA, and compound a- gent could obviously improve the agronomic traits of tomato. SPAD was increased by 1.43 -4.43, plant height was increased by 1.50 -3.67 cm, stem diameter was increased by 0.03 -0.86 mm, dry weight of shoot was increased by 0. 17 -0.64 g, dry weight of root was increased by 0.06 -0. 10 g, root/shoot ratio was increased by 0.25 -0.98. Among which, the effect of adding 0. 3% AS and 0.3% SA of the water-soluble fertilizers containing humic-acids was optimal. [ Conclusion]The water-soluble fertilizers containing humic-acids adding AS and SA can be widely used in tomato and other vegetables.
