珠蛋白酶解液对植物诱抗活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 植物诱抗剂有很多种,如:寡糖、蛋白、寡肽、糖蛋白等。这类物质作用于植物后,能够使植物发生一系列反应,诱导植物产生植保素,从而具有抗病性。利用大豆子叶法对珠蛋白的两种酶解液(寡肽)的生物活性进行测定,并对活性较好的两个浓度的酶解液进行了对烟草花叶病毒(TM V)的诱导抗性研究。结果表明,用珠蛋白酶解液处理后对TM V侵染有较高的抑制作用。
