摘要
采用动电位极化技术和化学浸泡法研究30CrMo钢在H_2S和H_2O的腐蚀行为,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察腐蚀表面形貌。结果表明:30CrMo钢在H_2S和H_2O的介质中会出现腐蚀。该钢在腐蚀初期的腐蚀速率较快,富集H_2S不仅促进初生蚀孔自身长大外,还会在蚀孔内壁形成核并产生新的腐蚀小孔。
The corrosion behavior of 30CrMo steel in H2 S and Hz O solution was studied by means of potentiodynamic polarization and chemical immersion method, and the corrosion surface morphology was observed by SEM. The results show that the corrosion of 30CrMo steel occurs in the medium of H2S and H20. The corrosion rate of the steel in the early stage of corrosion is faster. H2S enrichment not onlypromotes the growth of the primary pores, but also forms nuclei on the inner wall of the pits and generates new corrosion holes.
