城市轨道交通钢轨波浪形磨耗检测仿真研究 被引量:12

摘要 城市轨道交通钢轨波浪形磨耗会增加养护维修费用,降低乘车舒适度,引起噪声,甚至危及列车安全.为了检测钢轨波浪形磨耗,提出了一种基于运营车辆转向架加速度的钢轨波磨检测技术.利用SIMPACK多体动力学软件建立含有波磨病害的车辆-轨道模型,采集该状态下的车辆转向架加速度数据,应用经典的时频域分析、小波分析及希尔伯特黄变换分别对基于波磨病害的转向架加速度信号进行分析并提取出时频特征进行病害识别.仿真结果表明:利用连续小波分析提取的频域特性及经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)得到的特征振动模态可用于波磨病害的检测和识别,从而验证了利用SIMPACK仿真模型进行钢轨波磨检测的可行性. Urbon rail traffic corrugation increases the maintenance costs,makes passengers uncomfortable and makes noise.It may even endanger the safety of vehicles.This paper provides a new detection method of corrugations which based on the operating vehicles.An operating vehicle-track dynamic model is built to extract the signature tunes of corrugation based on the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK.Then all the profiles which have been simulated are introduced into the vehicle-track dynamic model to obtain bogie acceleration data based on defects.In this paper,the time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,wavelet analysis and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)are used to analyze bogie acceleration data and extract the frequency features of the detection signal.The simulation results show that feature frequencies obtained from the continuous wavelets analysis and feature modes derived from the empirical mode decomposition(EMD)can be used for track defects diagnosis.The feasibility and reliability of the method of detecting the corrugation damages based on the operating vehicles is validated.
