摘要
雨刮系统运行时刮臂刮刷振动、安装位置振动和挡风玻璃的振动均会影响雨刮系统的使用寿命和整车的舒适性,因此对雨刮系统在不同速度档和干湿状态下刮拭时各零部件的振动进行了测试,并用频谱分析方法对振动数据进行了研究。研究结果表明:换向过程中存在明显的换向冲击使结构发生明显振动;零部件振动随着刮刷速度提高而增大,刮刷的垂向和切向变化最大;干湿状态对振动的影响主要是湿态下振动相对较大,干态与半干态比较接近。
Vibration measurements of the wiper system were carried out at different wiping speed and windscreen wetness, to examine the vibration of wiper arm and blade, mounting position, and windscreen. Frequency analysis was used to study the vibration data. The results show that the vibration amplitude of the wiper arm and blade is high during the process of changing direction, and the vibration of thewiper components and parts is affected by the wiping speed especially in the direction with strong vibration. The wetness of windshield glass will influence the vibration,wet windshield glass has larger vibration than half-dry and dry windshield glass.
