摘要
中小型装备制造企业是我国制造业的重要组成部分,在其转型升级中面临着技术、人才、资金、风险等问题,需要寻求一种合理的发展模式,而产学研模式为其提供了一种解决方案。探索性地构建了中小型装备制造企业主导型产学研模式,并详细介绍了该模式的实施过程,最终实现企业利润最大化、高校研究成果产业化及培养高素质人才的目的。
Small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises play an important role in the China＇s manufacturing industry, but facing with problems as technology, talents, capital and risks in the process of transformation and upgrading. So they need to find a suitable model for development. And the Industry-University cooperation model maybe the best choose. This study explores a enterprise dominate model in Industry-University cooperation for the small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises, and introduces the implementation process of the model in detail. Final, the purpose will be come true that the maximum profit for the enterprise, the industrialization of universities researches and the training of high-quality personnel for the society.
