摘要
产学研合作是加速高校、科研院所科技成果转化,促进企业技术创新的一条有效途径,而利益分配是其合作成功的关键。针对产学研合作的特点,在对影响产学研合作利益分配因素分析的基础上,基于合作伙伴满意度,运用不对称的Nash协商模型,设计了产学研合作各方利益分配的方法,并进行了实例分析。
Enterprise-university-research institute cooperation is an effective way to promote technology transfer of university and research institute. And to improve technology innovation of enterprise,the key to its success is interests-distribution. In terms of the characteristics of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation,this paper analyzes the factors that influence interests-distribution of the cooperation. Based on that,this paper designs the method on interests-distribution of the cooperation and makes positive analysis according to the satisfaction degree of cooperating partners by using asymmetric Nash negotiating model.
