摘要
介绍了光栅常量的测量原理及测量方法,分析了不是严格垂直入射导致的光栅常量测量的误差,并讨论在给定误差范围的允许的偏差程度.然后通过实验测量不同偏差角度入射时光栅一级衍射光谱的各条谱线,分析不同偏差角度入射时光栅衍射光谱随入射角改变而改变的情况.最后,结合实际的教学经验,给出了相应的处理方法,对教学实践具有一定的参考价值.
In this paper,at first the measurement principle and measurement method of grating constant are introduced. At the same time,the error of the measurement of grating constant caused are analyzed by non-vertical incidence and the relative error of the allowable error range is discussed. Then,the different spectral lines of grating diffraction spectra with different incidence angles and the change of grating diffraction spectrum with different incidence angles are analyzed. At last,combined with the actual teaching experience the corresponding solution advice is given. It has active reference value in the teaching practice.
