摘要
利用分光计和光栅测量光波波长(或光栅常数)的实验中,通常采用“垂直入射法”。实验时调节入射光使之与光栅平面垂直是最关键、最困难的步骤,往往由于入射光未能严格垂直入射光栅平面而使实验精度不高,文章通过理论分析提出了一种新的方法,用该方法可以快速调节平行光垂直于光栅平面。实验表明:用该方法所得到的实验结果相对误差在0.1%以下,大大高于传统方法的测量精度。
Vertical - incidence method is usually adopted in the experiment to measure light wavelength (or grating constant) by using spectrometer and grating. How to adjust incident light to the vertical direction of the grating plane is the most important and difficult step in the experiment, and the precision of experiment is often low because the incident light is not exactly perpendicular to the plane of grating. In this paper, a new method that can quickly make incident light perpendicular to the vertical direction of the grating plane is presented through theoretical analysis. The experimental results show that the relative errors of experiment results obtained by this adjustment method is below 0. 1%, the measuring precision of this method is much higher than that of the classical method.
