摘要
研究了以过氧化氢氧化乙二醛 ,中间产物不经分离提纯 ,直接与尿素反应制备尿囊素的工艺 ,通过正交设计实验确定了氧化过程的适宜条件 :乙二醛与过氧化氢的物质的量比为 1∶0 .7,反应温度 38℃ ,反应时间 3h。在该条件下 ,尿囊素的收率可达到 5 5 .12 %。
The process of preparation of allantoin by glyoxal was studied, which was oxidated by hydrogen peroxide and the oxidation product was directly reacted with urea, not being separated and purified. The suitable oxidative conditions were determined by means of orthogonal designing test, namely, the mole ratio of glyoxal to hydrogen peroxide was 1:0.7, the react temperature was 38℃,the react time was 3h, and the yield of allantoin reached 55.12%.
