摘要
以乙二醛、硝酸、尿素为原料,通过二步合成得到尿囊素,主要考察了缩合反应中,使用不同催化剂催化缩合尿囊素的收率对比及影响因素.实验结果表明:液体酸硝酸做催化剂时,收率最高达68.99%,而稀土固体超强酸B(S2O82-/Z rO2--S iO2-Sm2O3)做催化剂时,产品收率最高达65.02%.所得产品经熔点测定、元素分析、红外光谱分析验证为尿囊素.
Allantoin is synthesized in two steps. First, glyoxal, as starting material, is catalyticly oxidized by nitric acid to produce glyoxalic acid. Then,condensation reaction is made to take place between the glyoxalic acid and urea, with different acids used as catalysts. The effects of different catalysts,mole ratio of glyoxalic acid and urea on yield of allantoin are investigated. Results show that the yield goes up to 68.99% when nitric acid is used as the catalyst and it goes up to 65.02% when the catalyst is rate-earth solid superacid B (S2O8^2--/ZrO^2- SiO2-Sm2O3). The product's structure is identified by its melt point,element analysis and IR spectrum.
