摘要
建立铁皮石斛破壁饮片中多糖含量的测定方法,并对其进行方法学验证。用水提醇沉法提取铁皮石斛破壁饮片中的多糖,采用苯酚—硫酸法对12批次铁皮石斛中的多糖进行含量测定。结果表明:该测定方法经精密度、稳定性、重复性考察后RSD<3%,加样回收率为100.94%,试验稳定可靠,可用于铁皮石斛破壁饮片中多糖含量的测定。
A method for determination of polysaccharides in wall-broken decoction pieces of Dendrobium officinale was established and it was proved by methodological validation. Polysaceharide in 12 batches of D.officinale was extracted by water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation method, and then determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that the RSD〈3% and the recovery rate were 100. 94% after investiga- tion of precision, stability and repeatability. The assay was stable and reliable, and could be used for the determination of polysaccharides in wall-broken decoction pieces of D. officinale.
