摘要
为了进一步提升空心抽油杆产品的制造水平和产品质量,对国内空心抽油杆的生产工艺、配套装备、产品质量现状和现场应用情况进行了分析,优选Z型镦锻式空心抽油杆作为产品结构形式,并采用整体热处理炉调质生产工艺;对镦锻、热处理及螺纹加工等关键工序配套了250T液压镦锻机、整体热处理电炉和专用数控机床;通过数模分析和试验,设计了镦锻模具、在卧式车床上挤压加工抽油杆接箍内螺纹装置和接箍内螺纹卧式挤压丝锥;为提升生产线的自动化水平,设计了锻造自动化工装和进料机构等辅助装置,生产线的控制系统采用PLC和工控机。生产线投运以来,产品在吐哈油田及周边油田累计使用80多万m,各项指标符合SY/T 5550—2012标准要求,与摩擦焊接式空心抽油杆相比,强度提高20%,疲劳寿命也大大延长。
In order to further improve the manufacturing level and quality of the hollow sucker rod products, the production technology, supporting equipment, product quality status and field application of the domestic hollow sucker rod have been analyzed. The Z-type upset hollow pumping rod is taken as a product pattern. The overall heat treatment furnace is used for quenching and tempering production process. The key processes like upsetting, heat treatment and thread processing have been supported by the 250T hydraulic upsetting machine, the overall heat treatment furnace and special CNC machine tools. B y means of numerical analysis and testing, the supporting tools have been designed, including the upsetting die, the device for machining sucker rod coupling internal thread in the horizontal lathe, and the horizontal extrusion tap for coupling internal thread. To enhance the level of automation of the production line, auxiliary equipment like forging automation tools and feeding device have been designed. The control system for production line uses PLC and industrial personal computer. Since the production line was put into operation, the products have been applied more than 800 thousands of meters in the T uha Field and the surrounding oilfield . The indexes of the product meet the requirements of S Y / T 5550-2012. Compared with the fric -tion welding hollow sucker rod, the strength of the product is increased by 2 0 % , and the fatigue life has been great-ly extended.
