摘要
大镦锻比管坯端部镦粗时容易发生轴向失稳,在管坯的内壁形成环形内凹,最终可形成折叠。分析了空心杆锻件的形状和尺寸,镦粗时易在法兰部位产生内凹和折叠,方部不易成形。根据管坯镦粗成形规则,设计平锻模具,并进行了工艺实验,最后得到了合格的锻件。
When the ratio of upsetting of tubular blank was very large, the buckling at inner wall can be created along axle direction, the ring valley was formed and the fold was developed at last. The main problems of upsetting the hollow sucker rods at the end were that the ring valley and fold was formed at flange and the fight shape in hexagon was not gained through analyzing the structure shape and the forging size. The reasonable upsetting process was designed according to the upsetting rules, then the upsetting die was finished. At last the qualified forgings were gotten through the process trial.
