摘要
论述了利用空心管坯在其头部直接进行局部锻造来制造空心抽油杆的可行性及其优越性;设计了便于锻造的空心抽油杆头部。通过实验研究,提出了采用一个镦粗工步进行大变形聚料的镦锻模膛的工艺参数。根据金属流动规律,将终锻成形分为压方、胀形和镦锻三个变形过程。利用平锻机主、侧滑块的运动特点,使这三个变形过程在一个工步内完成,从而保证了实现一火次完成锻造的工艺方案。最后提出采用与心轴锥度相反的凹模倒锥模膛和凸凹模横向分模等有效工艺措施,解决了心轴难从锻件中拔出和凸台难于成形等锻造技术关键。
The authors discuss the feasibility and advantages of manufacturing hollow sucker rods by forging the head of the pipe blanks selected, and introduce a rod head design to ensure ease of local forging. Through an experimental investigation the authors present the technological process and relative parameters for heading the rod, and point out that the forming of the rod head can be accomplished in one process step. including squaring,expanding and upsetting. The authors also put forward some effective measures for solving some key problems, such as taking apart the convex and concave dies, etc.
