摘要
随着药物新剂型的广泛应用,解决其系统不稳定性,延长其贮存时间对药物新剂型的发展具有深远意义。冷冻干燥技术可以解决一些药物新剂型长期贮存容易发生沉降、絮凝、聚结、变质的问题,提高其稳定性,因此药物新剂型与真空冷冻干燥技术联用,具有广阔的应用前景。笔者对真空冷冻干燥技术的原理及特点、药物新剂型的特点和优势进行介绍,并对近年来冻干技术在药物新剂型领域中的应用进行了综述。
With New pharmaceutical preparations be widely applied, it has a profound meaning on the develop- ment of New pharmaceutical preparations to enhance the stability and extend storage time of it. Vacuum freeze-drying technology can solve sedimentation,floeeulation,coalescence and metamorphism on drug and enhance its stability, so combining New pharmaceutical preparations with Vacuum freeze-drying technology is common and has a wide appli- cation prospect. This article introduces the features and principle of New pharmaceutical preparations and Vacuum freeze-drying technology and reviews the recent applications of Vacuum freeze-drying technology in New pharmaceuti- cal preparations.
