摘要
目的综述了多发性骨髓瘤的靶向药物治疗的研究现状及机理。方法查阅相关文献32篇,对多发性骨髓瘤的发病机理及治疗情况做了简单的概述,结合国内外分子生物学的发展和对靶向药物的研究,归纳总结治疗多发性骨髓瘤的靶标及相关代表药物的作用机理。结果多发性骨髓瘤患者通过靶向药物的治疗方法,延长了其总生存期和无进展生存期。结论靶向药物治疗多发性骨髓瘤效果显著,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
Objective To review the research status and mechanism of targeted drug therapy for multiple myeloma. Methods By consulting 32 related literatures and combining with the research of molecular biology and targeted medicine, this paper briefly summed up the attack mechanism and treatment situation of multiple myeloma as well as the working mechanism of the targets which can cure multiple myeloma and related typical medicine. Results The overall survival time and progression free survival of multiple myeloma sufferers are prolonged after the treatment of targeted medicine. Conclusions Targeted medicine has a broad clinical application prospect due to its significant effect on multiple myeloma.
