摘要
目的 研究乳剂所用的支撑剂的种类、用量对冷冻干燥制备冻干乳剂的影响。方法 采用冷冻干燥法制备盐酸布比卡因冻干乳剂 ,并根据干乳剂的物理特性和外观考察支撑剂的用量。 结果 采用一定比例的混合支撑剂的冻干乳剂的质量和外观优于使用单一支撑剂的冻干乳剂。 结论 支撑剂的用量和种类对干冻干乳剂的质量有非常重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE Study the effect of the suport agent's kind and dosage to the preparation of the dry emulsion.METHODS Use the lyophilization method to prepare the dry emulsion of bupivicaine hydrochloride,and select the kind and dosage of the support agent by the physical property and the appearance of the dry emulsion.RESULTS The quality and appearance of the dry emulsion,which is used mixed support agents,arebetter than that which is used single support agent.CONCLUSION The kind and dosage of the support agent have the important effect to the quality of the dry emulsion.
