摘要
提出了一种适用于电池供电设备管理的高精度电流传感器。该电流传感器由开关电容SC(Switched Capacitor)ΔΣADC、10 mΩ片上分流电阻以及动态带隙基准电压源组成,其中动态带隙基准电压源能够提供ADC的基准电压,并且检测分流器的温度。通过采用精确分流电阻温度补偿、低漏电取样方案以及动态误差校正技术来提高精确度。该电流传感器采用标准0.13μm CMOS工艺制成,面积为1.15 mm^2,在1.5 V电压电流条件下电流损耗为55μA。测量结果显示,相比传统的电流传感器,提出的电流传感器在-5 A至+5 A的电流范围以及-50℃^+85℃的温度范围内,最大偏差为16μA,最大增益误差为±0.3%,精确度得到了显著提升。
A high precision current sensor for battery power supply equipment management is presented. The current sensor by the SC (switched capacitor)delta sigma ADC, 10 m~ on-chip shunt resistance and dynamic strap gap reference voltage source ,the dynamic band gap reference voltage source can provide the ADC reference voltage and detection of shunt temperature. Precision is improved by using the precise shunt resistance temperature compensation, low leakage sampling scheme and the dynamic error correction technique. The current sensor is made of standard 0.13 ixm CMOS technology,with an area of 1.15 mm2 ,and the current loss of 55 IxA at 1.5 V. Measurement results show that compared with the traditional current sensor, current sensor is proposed in the current range of -5 A to +5 A and-50 ℃ to +85 ℃ temperature range, the maximum deviation for 16 μA, the maximum gain error of +0.3%, accuracy has been significantly improved.
