摘要 本系统设计了一套非接触式环路电流信号检测装置。采用ST公司的生产的STM32F103系列单片机作为控制核心,输入任意信号经用以TDA2030芯片为核心的功率放大的模块,再串联10欧姆的电阻和用漆包线缠绕锰芯磁环而形成的电流互感器,采集流经电流互感器的电流,将其输出到OP07芯片接成的前级放大电路、和用NE5532芯片做成的加法器,进而连接整流滤波电路可收集幅值信号,或连接比较器将任意波信号转变为方波,采集频率信号。再将这两种信号经AD转换采集到单片机,经过单片机的分析,最终得出基波频率和幅值,实现测量要求。 This system designs a set of non- contact loop current signal detection device.With ST company's production of STM32F103 series single chip microcomputer as control core,arbitrary input signal through to TDA2030 chip as the core of the power amplifier module,then 10 ohm resistance in series and use enameled wire winding manganese core is circular and the formation of the current transformer,current transformer to collect the current,its output to the OP07 chips into the first stage amplifier circuit,and made the adder NE5532 chip,and then connect rectifier filter circuit can collect signal amplitude,or connect the comparator arbitrary wave into a square wave signal,sampling frequency signal.Then these two signals are collected by AD conversion to a single chip microcomputer. After the analysis of the single chip microcomputer,the fundamental wave frequency and amplitude are finally obtained,realizing the measurement requirements.
