摘要
提出了一个多输出电流差分跨导放大器(MO-CCCDTA),分析它的电流传输特性,并利用它设计了电流模式精密全波整流器。该电路输出阻抗高、温度稳定性好,通过调节偏置电流、输出信号的大小和极性均能被电控。电路仅使用两个MO-CCCDTA,外部不含任何无源元件,因而适宜集成。计算机仿真表明电路正确有效。
A new MO-CCCDTA was presented and its character of current transmission was analyzed.A current-mode precision full-wave rectifier using the presented MO-CCCDTA with high output impedance and good temperature stability was designed.By adjusting the bias currents,the output signal and the polarity could be controlled electronically.Two MO-CCCDTAs were adopted in the circuit without any passive element,and was easy of integration.The computer simulation results show that the circuit is valid and effective.
