摘要
目的:观察比较针刺法及针刺加耳穴贴压法治疗小儿弱视的临床疗效,以及不同年龄段、不同病情程度之间的临床疗效差异。方法:按照随机原则将39例(75眼)弱视患儿分为对照组和试验组,在戴镜遮盖的基础上,对照组予针刺疗法治疗,试验组予针刺加耳穴贴压疗法治疗,均治疗3个月,在治疗前后分别进行视力及图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)检测。结果:试验组总有效率92.31%;对照组总有效率83.33%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视力值均有提高,P-VEP P100波潜时均明显缩短,振幅均明显提升(P<0.05);针刺加耳穴贴压法对于缩短潜时、提高振幅更有效(P<0.05)。两种治疗方法均显示对3~6岁患儿的疗效优于7~12岁(P<0.05);且试验组对于3~6岁患儿的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两种方法对轻度弱视疗效最好,重度弱视最差(P<0.05);对于轻中度弱视来说,针刺加耳穴贴压法效果优于针刺法(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加耳穴贴压法治疗小儿弱视疗效优于针刺法;年龄越小、弱视程度越轻,其疗效越好。
Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy and auricular-plaster therapy for children with amblyopia,the effect of two therapy methods on patients in different age groups and the different severe extent of amblyopia. Methods：39 cases（75 eyes）were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. on the basis of optometry wearing glasses to cover,the children in control group were given acupuncture treatment,the children in experimental group were given auricular-plaster therapy.All patients were treated for 3 months. The visual acuity and visual evoked potential（P-VEP）were detected before and after treatment. Results：The total efficiency of experimental group was92.31%;the total efficiency of control group was 83.33%,the curative effect of auricular-plaster therapy was superior to that of acupuncture（P0.05）. The visual acuity was improved,latencies of PVEP-P100 was shortened and amplitude was heightened in two groups after treatment（P0.05）. The effect of auricular-plaster therapy on latency and amplitude of PVEPP100 was better than that of acupuncture（P0.05）. The effect of acupuncture or auricular-plaster on amblyopia in 3~6 years old group was better than that in 7~12 years old group（P0.05）. The curative effect of auricular-plaster therapy was better than acupuncture for 3~6 years old children（P0.05）. The effect of auricular-plaster on mild amblyopia was the best,on severe amblyopia was the worst（P 0.05）;for mild and moderate amblyopia,the effect of auricular-plaster therapy was better than that of acupuncture（P0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of auricular-plaster therapy is better than that of acupuncture therapy.The curative effect auricular-plaster on amblyopia was associated to age and degree of patients.
