摘要
目的 :探讨针刺治疗视神经萎缩的机理。方法 :对 32例 (48只眼 )视神经萎缩患者进行针刺。针刺穴位 :球后、风池、百会。比较针刺前、中、后视觉诱发电位的变化。结果 :P VEP中N1 3 5波振幅升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,F VEP中N3 波、P3 波潜伏期缩短 (PN3 <0 0 5 ,PP3 <0 0 1 )。结论
ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of optic atrophy. MethodsThirty-two patients (48 eyes) with optic atrophy were treated with acupuncture at Qiuhou (EX-HN 7), Fengchi (GB 20), Baihui (GV 20), and changes of visual-evoked potentials were compared before, during and after acupuncture. ResultsThe N 135 s amplitude of P-VEP incr eased (P<0 01), and the latent periods of N 3 and P 3 of F-VEP decrease d (P<0 05 for N 3, P<0 01 for P 3). ConclusionAcup uncture can improve the bioelectricity in the visual center.
