摘要
弱视是儿童常见的视觉发育相关性疾病,对儿童的视力发育有严重影响。弱视治疗的关键在于早期发现及早期治疗,如果错过最佳治疗时期,可能造成终身的视觉残疾。近年来,中医在弱视治疗的基础及临床研究方面有了很大的发展,中医药、针刺、耳穴贴压及中药离子导入是常用于治疗弱视的方法。中医药治疗弱视以补益肝肾、补气健脾为治则,再结合个体情况辨证论治,临床上在西医常规治疗弱视基础上结合中医药治疗,疗效大于单纯西医常规治疗。针刺通过经络系统影响中枢系统及相应脑皮质靶器官治疗弱视,可以通过刺激穴位改善眼周的组织代谢及血液循环,加强对神经元的营养及保护作用,改善视神经功能,临床上在传统的戴镜及遮盖等常规治疗基础上结合针刺治疗,疗效明显高于单纯传统治疗。耳穴贴压通过刺激耳部穴位达到补肾填精、益肾明目的功效。中药离子导入通过直流电将中药离子经皮肤或黏膜引入病变部位,加强中药治疗功效。临床上在西医常规综合治疗弱视基础上结合耳穴贴压或中药离子导入治疗,患者视力提高更明显。目前西医常规治疗弱视的费用较高,治疗时间较长,且患儿配合度欠佳。中医治疗弱视疗效显著,可明显提高弱视患者视功能。现对中医治疗弱视的方法及最新进展做一综述。
Amblyopia is a common visual development related disease in children,which has a serious impact on children’s visual de-velopment.The key to amblyopia treatment lies in early detection and early treatment.If amblyopia treatment misses the best treatment period,it may cause lifelong visual disability.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made great progresses in the basic and clinical research of amblyopia treatment.traditioml Chinese medicine,acupuncture,auricular acupoint sticking and Chinese medicine iontophoresis are commonly used in the treatment of amblyopia. The treatment of amblyopia in traditional Chinese medicine is based on the principles of tonifying liver and kidneys, invigorating Qi (气) and strengthening spleen, combined with individual syndrome differentiation, and it is found that the therapeutic effect is greater than that of conventional Western medicine. Acupuncture affects the central system and the corresponding tar-get organs of the cerebral cortex through the meridian system to treat amblyopia. Acupuncture can improve the tissue metabolism and blood circulation around the eye through acupuncture acupoints, strengthen the nutritional and protective effects on neurons, and improve the function of the optic nerves. In clinical practice, the efficacy of combining acupuncture with the conventional treatment of wearing glasses and patching the fellow eye are found to be significantly higher than that of purely conventional treatment. Auricular acupoint sticking achieves the effect of tonifying kidney and filling the essence, tonifying the kidney and enhancing the visual acuity by stimulating auricular acupoints. Chinese medicine iontophotosis can introduce Chinese medicine ions through the skin or mucous membrane to the lesion site to enhance the therapeutic effect. Clinically, auricular acupoint sticking or Chinese medi-cine ion introduction on the basis of conventional comprehensive Western medicine treatment of amblyopia has been found to improve the visual acuity more significantly. At present, the cost of conventional Western medicine treatment of amblyopia is higher, the treatment time is longer, and the children’s compliance is poor. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on amblyopia is remarkable, and the visual function of amblyopia patients is obviously im-proved. This article reviews the methods and the latest progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of amblyopia.
