摘要
医院感染暴发严重影响患者的医疗和健康安全,且危害性较大;为有效预防与控制该事件的发生,最大限度降低危害,保障医患的安全,本研究对国家卫生和计划生育委员会2016年颁布的《医院感染暴发控制指南》进行解读,包括背景、目的、主要内容如暴发相关术语与理解重点、主要问题、管理要求、流行病学调查、评估与处置、不足和建议等,旨在提高医务人员的防控能力,为医疗机构及时有效地识别处置医院感染暴发提供技术指导,减少因医院感染暴发带来的巨大损失,保证医疗质量,保障患者的生命财产安全。
The outbreak of healthcare-associated infections （HAIs） have great impact on medical and health safety of patients and are harmful to the patients.In order to effectively prevent and control the incident, minimize the possibility of hazards and ensure the safety of doctors and patients, the article interprets the guidelines for control of outbreak of healthcare-associated infections that was issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2016, including the background, purposes, main contents such as relative terms like outbreak and key points of understanding, major problems, management requirements, epidemiological investigation, assessment and treatment, deficiencies and advice so as to improve the capability in prevention and control of the infections, provide technical guidance for timely and effective treatment of the outbreak of nosocomial infections, reduce the enormous loss due to the outbreak of nosocomial infections, ensure the medical quality and safeguard the life property of the patients.
