摘要
探讨脑瘫患儿发生院内感染情况及对监护人心理状态的影响。方法将86例脑瘫患儿根据是否发生院内感染分为感染组27例,未感染组59例。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、照顾者负担量表评定两组患儿监护人的心理状况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、幸福感指数量表、生活满意度指数A量表评定监护人睡眠质量、生活满意度。结果感染组患儿监护人焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、照顾者负担量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及幸福感指数量表评分均显著高于未感染组(P<0.05),生活满意度指数A量表评分显著低于未感染组(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿发生院内感染可显著影响监护人的心理、睡眠质量、幸福感及生活满意度,对患儿的预后不利,应引起临床医护人员高度重视。
Objective To investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in children with cerebral palsy and the impact on the mental state of the guardians.Methods 86 cases of children with cerebral palsy were divided into the infected group (27 cases)and the non-infected group (59 cases)according to whether or not the hospital infection occurred.The mental status of the two groups of guardians was assessed using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale and Caregiver Burden Scale.The sleep quality and life satisfaction of the two groups of guardians were assessed using the PSQI,CWI,LSI-A.Results The SAS,SDS,ZBI,PSQI,CWI scores of the infected group were all significantly higher than those of the non-infected group,while LSI-A score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Nosocomial infection in children with cerebral palsy can significantly affect the guardian's psychology,sleep quality,happiness and life satisfaction,which is unfavorable to the prognosis of the child,and should be highly valued by clinical medical staff.
