摘要
对1 m刮板输送机42CrMo材质锻造刮板通过激光熔覆技术的再制造工艺研究,内容包括激光器、熔覆粉末的选择,以及对熔覆层的耐磨性分析,最后推荐了再制造方案。
The 1 m forging scraper conveyor 42CrMo material by laser cladding technology of remanufacturing technology was studied,the choice of content, including laser cladding powder, and the analysis of the wear resistance of the cladding layer, finally recommended remanufacturing scheme.
