摘要 刮板输送机是井工工作面的主要运输设备,刮板作为运输物料的关键零部件,工作过程中承载大,磨损较为严重,提高耐磨性增加其使用寿命具有重要意义。结合合金粉末熔敷技术,提出了一种新型的耐磨刮板设计,通过对刮板局部熔敷大幅提高刮板耐磨性,有效地提升刮板寿命,降低输送设备备品备件采购成本。 AFC is the main transportation equipment for the working face of the well. Scraper is the key component for transporting materials. It has a large load during work and is relatively worn. It is of great significance to increase the wear resistance and increase its service life. In combination with alloy powder deposition technology, proposes a new type of wear-resistant scraper design. By locally welding the scraper, the wear resistance of the scraper is greatly improved, the life of the scraper is effectively increased, and the purchase cost of spare parts for conveying equipment is reduced.
