摘要
对某电厂135 MW一次中间再热凝汽式汽轮机末级叶片断裂原因进行了分析。通过对叶片断裂前后的主要数据、叶片强度、叶片断口的材料组分、宏观断口、金相组织等方面的分析、观测和研究,结论是由于在该叶片进汽侧高度约为508 mm处粘附有外来金属块,在运行过程中该处产生了应力集中,进而成为疲劳裂纹源,最终导致了叶片断裂。
Causes of a last stage blade's fracture of a certain power plant's 135 MW single reheat condensing steam turbine is being analyzed, By analyzing, scrutinizing and studying the main op - erational parameter data, the blade's strength, the material' s composition, macroscopic apperance and metallographic structure of the blade' s fracture surface, etc, after the occurence of the fracture, as well as the state existing before fracture, it was concluded that a foreign metallic body sticking on the blade' s leading edge at about the height of 508 mm had caused stress concentration, and thus became the origin of fatigue cracks which eventually led to the blade's fracture.
