摘要
从不同Zn/Mg比的初始粉体出发 ,用普通电子陶瓷合成工艺制备了 (Zn1-xMgx)TiO3 (x =0 .1~ 0 .4) (缩写为ZTM )体系陶瓷 ,研究了不同MgO含量对该体系预烧粉体和陶瓷六方钛铁矿相热稳定性的影响。实验表明 ,MgO能够稳定六方钛铁矿相 ,且随着MgO含量增加 ,六方钛铁矿相热稳定性增强。但超过合适的烧结温度 ,六方相仍发生分解 。
With different Zn/Mg ratio in starting powders, (Zn 1- x Mg x )TiO 3( x =0.1~0.4) (abbreviated as ZTM) pre calcined powders and ceramics were prepared by general electronic ceramic techniques. The influence of MgO content on the thermal stability of hexaganol ilmenite structure of ZTM were investigated. It was found that MgO can stabilize the pure hexagonal phase and with the amount of MgO increased, the stability effect would be strong. But preparation should be in a definite sintering temperature range,beyond this range, the hexagonal phase of (Zn,Mg)TiO 3 would decompose , which would even induce microcracks of specimens.
