化学沉淀法制备六方相、正交相三氧化钼及其电化学性能 被引量:4

摘要 常温下正交相三氧化钼(α-MoO3)处于稳态,而六方相三氧化钼(h-MoO3)处于介稳态.采用化学沉淀法,选取不同退火温度制得六方相和正交相三氧化钼,通过X射线衍射对制备的样品进行分析,确定其为纯的六方相和正交相三氧化钼.将所制得样品作为锂离子电池正极材料,在20mA/g的电流密度下,六方相三氧化钼的首次放电比容量高于正交相三氧化钼,二者的首次放电曲线都有较为明显且较平的放电平台. At room temperature,the orthorhombic molybdenum trioxide(α-MoO3) is in the thermodynamics steady state,and the hexagonal molybdenum trioxide(h-MoO3) in the thermodynamical metastable state.In this paper,h-MoO3 andα-MoO3 were prepared by using a chemical precipitation method under different annealing temperatures.X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis of the samples show that they crystallize in single phase.As lithium ion battery cathode material,under the current density of 20 mA/g,the first discharge capacity of h-MoO3 is higher thanα-MoO3,both of the first discharge curve have platform.
