摘要
本文阐述了实验课对研究生及社会发展的重要性;研究生生物化学的性质、地位和作用;阐述了如何建设当代大学研究生生物化学实验课:主要从研究生生物化学实验课的教学目的、任务和教学原则,如何避免生物化学实验课中存在的问题,生物化学实验课的教学方法等方面进行建设,此课程将有利于培养研究生的科研能力、科研素质、科研思维及科学精神。这将对把此课程建成研究生的优质平台课程有非常重要的意义,对其它相关研究生课程的建设也有着重要的指导意义。
This paper briefly describes the importance of experimental course to graduate and social development, The properties, status and function of graduate student biochemistry and expounds how to construct the contemporary graduate student biochemistry: biochemical experiment mainly from the graduate student of biochemical experiment teaching objectives, tasks and teaching principles, how to avoid the problems existing in the biochemical experiment, the biochemical experiment teaching method construction. The curriculum will be conducive to cultivating the graduate student's scientific research ability and quality, scientific thought and spirit. This will be to make the course the graduate student's high-quality platform course has very important significance, on construction of other graduate programs also have important guiding significance.
