热休克蛋白在胶质瘤中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 胶质瘤是成人神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,随着分子生物学技术的发展,寻找胶质瘤细胞高度特异性的治疗靶点已经成为近年的研究新方向.热休克蛋白家族(HSPs)在胶质瘤细胞的免疫、增殖、侵袭和转移中都具有重要作用,而近年来HSPs家族研究的热点包括有HSP27、HSP70及HSP90,大量的研究证明它们与胶质瘤的诊断、治疗和预后有着重要的关系.这些研究结果预示着HSPs家族有望成为胶质瘤治疗的新靶点,不过增强HSPs的靶向性仍然是一个需要攻克的难题. Glioma is the most common malignant tumor in the nervous system in adults.Searching highly specific therapeutic targets of glioma cells have become a new direction for research in recent years with the evolvement of molecular biological technology.Indeed,heat shock protein family (HSPs) plays an important role in the immunity,proliferation,invasion and metastasis of glioma cells.In recent years,HSP27,HSP70,HSP90 are contained in research hotspots of HSPs and they are strongly associated with the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of glioma proved by numerous studies.All these findings indicate that HSPs is expected to become a new target for glioma treatment in the future.However,with its potential as a therapeutic target for glioma,enhancing targeting of HSPs remains to be a chief problem to be solved.
