摘要 目的 探讨从神经胶质瘤细胞中提取热休克蛋白抗原肽复合物 (HAC)的方法。方法采用免疫亲和层析技术提取神经胶质瘤细胞中热休克蛋白抗原肽复合物 ,采用Westenblot方法对提取物进行鉴定。结果 采用免疫亲和层析方法成功提取了神经胶质瘤细胞中热休克蛋白抗原肽复合物 ,并经过Westenblot方法鉴定。结论 采用亲和层析方法可有效的提取神经胶质瘤细胞中的热休克蛋白抗原肽复合物。 Objective To investigate the methods for extraction of heat shock protein antigen complex (HAC) from glioma cells.Methods Immune affinity chromatography was applied to purify HAC from C6 cells,and the extract were verified by Westenblot.Results The HAC was successfully extracted from glioma cells by using immune affinity chromatography and identified by Wsetenblot.Conclusion Immune affinity chromatography can extract HAC from glioma cells efficiently.
