摘要
车载钻机具有机动性强、占地面积小等优点,可满足各种复杂路段、井场的转移和摆放需求,已成为地面煤层气抽采孔施工的主流设备。国内车载钻机普遍存在整机质量偏大问题,一方面对汽车安全行驶造成威胁,另一方面不符合我国相关道路法规及机动车产品公告要求。给进机架是车载钻机工作的主要执行部件,约占整机质量的40%,其轻量化研究对于减轻整机质量具有重要意义。从采用高强度材料、结构精细化设计、CAE优化设计3个方面对机架进行了优化,并进行了静态结构分析,最大应力、应变均满足设计要求。在山西省晋城市进行了现场试验,处理孔内事故时最大起拔力达800 k N,给进机架未产生明显变形,验证了其稳定性与安全性。
The truck-mounted drill rig is characterized by such advantages as strong maneuverability and small occupation area, and meets transferring and placement requirements of various complicated road and well. It has become the main equipment for extracting coal bed methane from ground. The home-made truckmounted drill rig is commonly overweight, which not only brings about risk for safe travelling of the truck, but does not accord with requirements related to roadway regulation and automobiles. The feeding frame is the main working part of the truck-mounted drill rig, and accounts for about 40% of the mass of the drill rig, so its light-weight study is of important significance for reducing the mass of the whole rig. In the paper, the frame was optimized from high-strength material, delicate design in structure and CAE optimization design, and static structural analysis was conducted. It was showed that both the maximum stress and the maximum strain met the design requirements. Meanwhile, the field test was conducted in Jincheng City of Shanxi Province, the maximum pulling force reached 800 k N at the time of handling hole accident, while the feeding frame failed to deform obviously, which verified its stability and security.
