摘要
针对矿用坑道钻机机架的结构形式及应用特点,设计了一种结构简单、刚性强、承载能力大的坑道钻机机架,对矩形机架前端、中部、尾端按部分进行了受力分析,运用ABAQUS软件对机架结构进行了应力及变形有限元仿真分析。研究结果为后续的结构优化设计,焊接制造工艺的制定提供了参考。
The structure and application characteristics of the commonly used frame are introduced,design a simple structure, strong rigidity, large load capacity of tunnel drilling rig frame is designed;The force of rectangular frame on front, middle and end is analyzed and calculated in the process of drilling;The statics stress and deformation is analyzed to the rectangular frame in using ABAQUS by finite element simulation. The research of the frame stress analysis will provide reference to its optimization design and manufacturing processing.
