摘要
UC值是美国ANSI/AISC《钢结构设计手册》针对钢结构物体承受压缩弯曲等多种组合载荷联合作用时所采用的综合机械强度性能的量度指标。运用ANSYS结构分析软件,结合ANSI/AISC中UC值方法和安全系数法,对TC-225天车架进行了详细的结构受力分析和强度计算。计算结果表明,TC-225天车架的最大弯曲变形、最大应力以及最大UC值均发生在天车支撑梁的中部,且最大UC值等于0.38396。这说明,TC-225天车架的设计符合ANSI/AISC的要求,具有足够的刚度、强度以及可靠性。另外,与安全系数法相比较,UC值方法具有更简单方便和安全合理的优点。
In combination with the calculation method proposed in Specification for Structural Steel Buildings by ANSI/AISI 360-05 with the structure analytic software of ANSYS,the stress distribution and strength characteristics of TC-225 type crown block support are studied.The results show that the most bending deformation and maximum principal stress and maximum UC value of TC-225 type crown block are located in the central section of the crown-block's underprop beam.Furthermore,TC-225 type crown block meets the needs ofANSI/AISI 360-05.The practical calculation demonstrates that the design scheme posses sufficient stiffness and intensity and adequate security.Comparing with the current safety coefficient,UC value has easy-to-use and reasonable properties.
