摘要
目的比较小切口白内障摘除术与超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法选取我院收治的93例(104眼)急性闭角型青光眼患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=47),各52眼。给予对照组小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,给予观察组白内障超声乳化术治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果术后,两组患者的眼压均下降,前房深度均提高(P<0.05);且两组患者的视力较术前均改善(P<0.05);而两组患者在眼压、前房深度以及并发症上比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼,效果均满意。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsifieation in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods Ninety-three cases （104 eyes） of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma were selected and randomly divided into control group （n=46） and observation group （n=47）, with 52 eyes in each group. The control group was given small incision cataract extraction, while the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After operation, the IOP decreased, and the depth of anterior chamber increased in the two groups （P〈0.05）. The visual acuity of the two groups was better than those before operation （P〈0.05）. Bue there were no significant differences in IOP, the depth of anterior chamber and complications between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and phaeoemulsifieation in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma can achieve satisfactory results.
