2种不同术式治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效比较观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的比较小切口白内障摘除术及超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法将36例急性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组各18例。对照组行小切口白内障囊外摘除术,观察组采用白内障超声乳化摘除术。观察2组治疗前和治疗后1个月眼压变化情况。结果 2组治疗后眼压均降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小切口白内障摘除术及超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼疗效相近,均可显著降低术后眼压,值得临床推广应用。
