超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗残余青光眼并发白内障 被引量：8

摘要 青光眼行小梁切除术后，由于巩膜滤过道疤痕增生愈合，部分患者出现滤过道黏连狭窄甚至完全关闭，眼压再次升高，并伴有视神经及视野的损害，此类青光眼称为残余青光眼。同时，小梁切除术改变房水的正常引流途径，破坏晶状体营养代谢的微环境，加速白内障形成，这种白内障归类于并发性白内障。作者采用超声乳化联合房角分离手术方法治疗的残余青光眼并发白内障，取得了一定的疗效，现报告如下。
