摘要
近年来随着微生物冶金工艺从研究转入实践,嗜酸性冶金微生物在湿法冶金、环境保护、矿山退役、煤炭脱硫等领域展现了越来越广阔的前景,研究嗜酸性冶金微生物的第一步就是富集和分离。由于嗜酸性冶金微生物属于化能自养微生物,它们的富集和分离是比较困难的。本文综述了嗜酸性冶金微生物富集分离方法的研究进展,为加强基础应用研究和工业规模应用提供指导。
In recent years,as microorganism metallurgy technology has been transferred from research to practice. Eosino-philic microorganism has shown a growing prospect in the fields of wet metallurgy, environmental protection, mine decommis-sioning, coal desulfurization and so on. The first step in the study of acidophilic metallurgical microorganisms is the enrich- ment and separation. Because of eosinophilic microorganisms are self - sustaining microorganisms, their enrichment and sep-aration are difficult, this paper presents a review of the research progress of Eosinophilic metallurgy microorganisms enrich-ment and separation method To provide guidance for strengthening basic application research and industrial scale applica- tions.
