摘要
目的探讨儿童血清同型半胱氨酸水平与原发性高血压的关系。方法方便收集2010年7月—2016年12月在该院门诊接受治疗的46例原发性高血压患儿,纳入高血压组,另选择同期在本院进行健康体检的正常儿童30例作为对照组。比较两组儿童血清同型半胱氨酸、血压、血糖水平差异。分析儿童原发性高血压的危险因素,对血清同型半胱氨酸于血压的关系进行直线相关分析。结果高血压组的收缩压、舒张压、同型半胱氨酸水平(119.2±9.1)mm Hg、(76.2±10.3)mm Hg、(13.9±1.2)μmol/L,明显高于正常血压的儿童的(102.0±7.3)mm Hg、(64.5±6.1)mm Hg、(8.9±1.4)μmol/L(P<0.05),血清同型半胱氨酸是儿童原发性高血压的独立危险因素;直线相关分析显示,患儿血清同型半胱氨酸水平与收缩压、舒张压呈正的相关性(r=0.854,0.678,P<0.05)。结论儿童血清同型半胱氨酸水平与原发性高血压有一定的相关性。
Objective To discuss the correlation between the serum homocysteine level in children and primary hypertension. Methods Convenient selection 46 cases of children with primary hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2010 to December 2016 were selected and 30 cases of normal children with healthy physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and the differences in the serum homocysteine, blood pressure and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups, and the risk factors of primary hypertension of children were analyzed and the liner correlation of serum homocysteine and hypertension were analyzed. Results The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and homocysteine level in the hypertension group were obviously higher than those in the normal blood pressure group, [(119.2±9.1)mm Hg,(76.2±10.3)mm Hg,(13.9±1.2)μmol/L vs(102.0±7.3)mm Hg,(64.5±6.1)mm Hg,(8.9±1.4)μmol/L](P〈0.05), and the serum homocysteine is an independent risk factor of primary hypertension, and the liner correlation analysis showed that the serum homocysteine level showed a positive correlation with the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure(r=0.854,0.678,P〈0.05). Conclusion The homocysteine level in children and primary hypertension has a certain correlation.
