摘要
介绍了病人决策辅助的概念、作用、适用范围、国内外发展的基本情况、研究的主要组织和机构以及制定和评价方法,分析了病人决策辅助在临床应用的促进因素和阻碍因素,提示病人决策辅助的发展需要得到医院领导的支持、创造接纳决策辅助的医院文化、转变医务人员和病人对决策辅助的态度;同时需要考虑中西方文化的差异,探索适合中国国情的病人决策辅助。
It introduced the concept and function,scope of application,the development basic situation at home and abroad,main research organizations and institutions as well as the formulation and evaluation method of patient decision aids.It analyzed the promoting and hindering factors of patient decision aids in clinical application.It prompted the development of patient decision aid needed the support of hospital leadership,created the hospital culture of accepting decision aids,change the medical staff and patients' attitudes to decision aids.At the same time,The differences between Chinese and Western culture need to be considered,so as to explore the patient decision aids suitable for Chinese conditions.
