摘要 对近年来国内外有关患者决策参与的现状进行综述,包括决策参与的定义、内涵、分类和测量工具,并阐述了患者对决策参与的态度,患者实际参与决策的程度与需求的一致性,以及归纳和总结了患者决策参与的影响因素。探讨了国内研究与国外研究的不足之处,以及未来研究的展望。
