摘要
目的探讨强化护患沟通对ICU清醒患者的护理效果分析。方法选择2015年6月至2016年5月我院ICU收治的29例患者作为观察组,给予强化护患沟通,选择2014年5月至2015年5月我院ICU收治的29例患者作为对照组,给予常规护患沟通。比较两组的不良情绪、ICU综合征的发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组护理7d后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均低于对照组,ICU综合征的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在病情保证、获取信息、被接纳等方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护患沟通能够缓解ICU清醒患者的不良情绪,降低ICU综合征的发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of intensive nurse-patient communication in ICU.Methods A total of 29 cases of ICU patients from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the observation group,which was given nurse-patient communication.A total of 29 cases of ICU patients from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the control group,which was provided routine nurse-patient communication.The two groups were compared of negative emotion,the incidence of ICU syndrome and nursing satisfaction.Results The HAMD and HAMA score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of ICU syndrome was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The patients satisfaction in the condition of guarantee,access to information and acceptance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionIntensive nurse-patient communication can alleviate the negative emotion of ICU patients,reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
