多排螺旋CT血管造影对冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘的诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)对冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘(CPAF)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析21例CPAF患者的CCTA影像学表现和临床资料。结果:21例CPAF患者,其中2例行64排CT、19例行256排CT检查。CPAF单一瘘管15例、多发瘘管6例。CPAF起自右冠状动脉4例、左冠状动脉12例、起自两者5例。伴有动脉瘤形成7例。结论:CCTA可无创、准确地显示CPAF的起源血管及走行、动脉瘤和瘘口大小等重要信息,可作为诊断CPAF的首选方法。 Objective To explore and analyze the characteristics of coronary artery - pulmonary artery fistula (CPAF) with multi - slice spiral CT. Methods :21 patients with CPAF underwent coronary CT angiography( CCTA).Imaging features of CPAF patients were analyzed. Results: The images of 21 CPAF patients all met the diagnostic aquirements. Among them,2 cases examined by Brilliance 64 CT while 19 cases examined by 256 CT. 15 patients suf-fered from unilateral vessel lesions, while 6 patients suffered with multiple vessel lesions. 12 cases CPAF arose from the left coronary artery,4 cases arose from the right coronary artery,5 cases arose from both. 7 cases accompanied by aneurysm. Conclusion: CCTA can noninvasively and accurately show the vascular origin and traveling of CPAF, vital information from the size of the aneurysm and fistula,It could be used as the preferred method in clinical diagnosis ofCPAF.
