摘要
目的:探讨64排螺旋CT头颈血管造影的扫描技术及参数对影像质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析201例动脉血管CTA患者的影像,对所有患者的扫描参数进行总结归纳。结果:95%患者的CTA图像均明确显示责任血管,且血管内造影剂充盈良好,5%造影剂充盈不充分或造影剂显示过亮,影响诊断。结论:选择合适的扫描参数是提高图像质量的根本保证。
Objective To investigate the 64 row helical CT angiography of the head and neck scanning technique and parameters on the image quality influence. Methods Retrospective analysis of 201 cases of patients with arterial CTA imaging, for all patients with scanning parameters is summarized. Results 95% patients CTA images clearly show the responsible vessels, and intravascular contrast agent filling good, 5% contrast agent filling inadequate or contrast medium revealed too bright, effect of diagnosis. Conclusion selecting the appropriate scanning parameters is to improve the image quality of the fundamental guarantee.
