双源CT对冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨双源CT(dual-source CT,DSCT)对冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结本院2008年1月至2009年6月接受DSCT冠状动脉造影检查患者9000例,统计冠状动脉瘘的发生率及影像表现。结果 9000例DSCT冠状动脉造影患者中共发现冠状动脉瘘23例,瘘口位于肺动脉20例,左心耳、左心室及冠状静脉各1例。影像表现为左、右或双侧冠状动脉起源畸形血管与肺动脉、左心耳、左心室或冠状静脉相连。结论 DSCT结合多种重建方法可以全程显示冠状动脉瘘的起源、走行及终止,对先天性冠状动脉瘘诊断有重要价值。
